Cat and I ran in our "5th Annual" Manhattan Beach 10K...Cat warned me that she hadn't been training, so I was going to have to bring up our "Sisters" team score...well, I'm pretty sure she could take an entire year off from running and still smoke me...Catherine 52:23 Pace: 8:26
