This month, I went from patting a cute little "baby bump" to staring down at a "balloon about to burst" - I actually had to rip out the elastic from my maternity pants! Tony just looked at me one day in amazement asking how I was going to do this for two more months?! Also, the baby's movements have gone from tiny and precious to forceful and sleep depriving...but I guess that is just nature's way of preparing a new mom for losing a lot of sleep! On the bright side, it's pretty cool to know that since I am now past 30 weeks, the baby is already "cooked" enough to survive outside the womb...not that I want THAT early of a delivery, but still comforting to know : ) Also noteworthy to write here, throughout the whole first six months of pregnancy, I was absolutely positive I was having a boy, but now I'm getting totally mixed signals, so I can honestly say that I will now be 100% surprised when we meet this little one!
