Cat and I ran in our 3rd Annual Manhattan Beach 10K Run this morning and each got new Personal Bests - woohoo! Catherine Lima 48:18

Cat got 4th in her entire age group!! And we got 5th place (out of 16) in the Sister/Sister team category...I'm just lucky Cat doesn't have any other sisters, or I'd be worried about making the cut for her team!
