Mom and Dad threw a party for Greg at the Via Verde Country Club to cele- brate his gradua- tion and he and Keith surprised us with a live performance, with Mom playing guitar for the finale!

The Last Lima Lancer

The graduation festivities were very fun if you were a relative of Greg Lima!  The Chamber Singers opened with the National Anthem and Greg had a solo singing the class song, "You Raise Me Up."

Last Dance

Prom groups are pretty big these days!  Everyone gathered for pictures at one of the girl's houses and then they all piled in a hummer limo to head for Senior Prom at the Grand Californ- ian inside Disney's California Adventure.  I may ask Isabel if I can borrow that dress for the next Lancer Classic...stunning!

Who'da thunk that Luca's first concert would be Devo?!  Well, maybe knowing Tony, it's not such a big surprise after all!  He was unbelievably good, staying up until 11 o'clock and keeping his headphones on to protect his little eardrums!

Let The Graduation Ceremonies Begin!

I remember the last few weeks of my own senior year being such a blur of one culminating event after another - I sure hope Gregory has taken time to enjoy all of it! 

He was one of the final four contend- ers for Valedict- orian and was honored as a speaker at the Awards Night, which Luca even attended!

Over 30 Limas gathered at IHOP to celebrate Mothers' Day breakfast together with Grandma.  It's not easy to get all the way out to LaVerne at 9a on a Sunday morning, but it sure is worth it :)

Congratulations to Cat for completing her Masters in Instructional Leadership at Mount St. Mary's this year!




Mom, Dad and Grandma went to the Accolades Graduate Recognition and Reception on Friday and we all celebrated at dinner at Mi Piace in Pasadena on Sunday.  Then a few weeks later, she got to wear her knew hood at Gregory's graduation, where she led the faculty procession.

Pics in the Park ~ Luca at 18 Months

Luca and I met Crisanta at Bonelli Park to take his 18-month pictures. She really got some great colorful shots and boy did she score big points with the little guy when she brought balloons AND bubbles...and there was even a playground! He was in absolute heaven! Now if only Daddy was so easy to lure into taking pictures!
