Coaster Run 2012

Catherine walked the 5K with Ange and Uncle Anthony while I ran the 10K, crossing the finish lines within minutes of each other. At 1:00:05, it certainly wasn't my best effort, but I'm happy, considering I was out late last night doing the wrong kind of carbo loading (still, better than the last time, when I was three months pregnant!). The highlight of the morning, though, was getting treated to great big (guiltfree!) breakfast at Hof's Hut by Uncle Anthony and Aunt Velene with all of the Hi-Tops!

Wear White, Party All Night

As adults, it's not all that often that you have an excuse to dress up for a theme party, so far be it from me to pass up such an invitation! While Tony took Luca to the Kings game, I tagged along with Marc to Chad and Nikki's (hopefully 1st Annual!) White Party. SUCH a fun night of fun people and all things white - white white, Russians, white truffle pizza, white rissoto, white cheesecake, white cotton candy, etc...and what party is not complete without a "photo booth"? They truly didn't miss a detail!

Luca on the Dance Cam!

Boys night out at the Kings game while I went to the White Party and Luca ended up on the Dance Cam! Can't believe I missed it! Thankfully, Tony got at least this 3 second recording of it...Tony said the crowd went wild for the little guy's hip moves. And now he even has his own puck and authentic jersey :)

Disneyland With Daddy

Birthday?  Special occassion?  Nope, just a typical Luca Tony Tuesday!  How can Mommy compete with cotton candy and Disneyland?!

Luca and Rosie

Tony brought home a beautiful 4 1/2 month puppy named Rosie to foster for the weekend. This was Luca and Rosie's first meeting. I am REALLY lucky that Luca does not know how to talk yet, because I do NOT know how I could have said "no" to keeping him!

He's Got The Moves Like Jagger

It's a dance party every day with this little guy! For quite a while now, he's known how to turn on the CD players around the house, often times starting to dance as soon as he presses play, even before the music actually starts, since he knows what's coming. Here are his moves from this morning!

Yo Gabba!

Cash invited Luca to his 2nd birthday party at a cool indoor play place called A Magic Forest.  And guess who else was invited - Brobee and DJ Lance Rock from Yo Gabba Gabba!  Cash's reaction was absolutely priceless - almost in tears he was so happy...I think Luca recognized them, but was a little confused that they were outside of his TV!   

Put Another Candle On Cat's Cake

Friday night out in Down- town LA to celebrate Cat's birthday at Bottega Louie... fortunately the place was very loud and had free wifi, so Luca could make all the noise he wanted and was even able to watch an episode of Yo Gabba Gabba.  Unfortunately, we didn't remember to take a picture until after he and Tony made an early exit so the rest of us could enjoy dessert in peace!
